Marketing Photos will be taken and detailed description completed and on vacant properties – ADVERTISE

All viewings are completed by one of our trained property viewers and go through the procedure of letting your property

Credit Check and reference all applicants (where applicable)

Sign tenant up on Assured Shorthold Tenancy 6 or 12 months and complete property Inventory and legal paperwork

Complete inspections and deal with all issues / repairs 7 days a week
